Crane inspection for Saudi Arabia customer

Last week, a Saudi Arabian machinery equipment manufacturer ordered 10 cranes from Xuzhou, Jiangsu. After we received the customer's crane inspection requirements, we arranged a full-time machinery inspector from nearby. Our inspectors conducted a detailed inspection of the performance and appearance of the cranes, and issued a report to the customer the next day after the on-site inspection. The customer was very satisfied with the third cooperation with us. After the new year, they will ask us to inspect new machinery equipment orders.

Crane Inspection main contents
1. Mechanical parts inspection
Check hooks, wire ropes, pulleys, pulley frames, drums and other mechanical parts for wear, deformation and other defects
Check hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves and other hydraulic parts for leakage, looseness, etc.
Check whether the transmission system and brake system of the crane are operating normally



2. Hydraulic system inspection
Check whether the quality and oil level of the hydraulic oil are normal, and replace the hydraulic oil if necessary
Check whether the pressure gauge, pressure sensor, thermometer and other instruments of the hydraulic system are normal
Check whether the pipes and joints of the hydraulic system are loose, cracked, etc.

3. Electrical system inspection
Check whether the electrical components of the electrical system are normal, such as contactors, circuit breakers, fuses
Check whether the control system, limiter, safety protection device, etc. of the crane are operating normally
