What is Initial Production Check?Initial Production Check (IPC) also called
Pre-Production Inspection (PPI). Initial Product Check is done before the factory produces large quantities of products and after the materials are ready.
Why I need a Initial Production Check?Initial Product Check is to make sure before the goods are produced, all kinds of materials are correct, and conform to the client's signed sample. Initial Product Check can effectively avoid the risks caused by incorrect material or other errors in the production of goods. Stop problems before they start.
What criteria are covered in a Initial Production Check? It includes material textures(see if needs to be sent to the laboratory), color, size, feel, etc.
Once the
inspection is completed, a report will be issued to the clients. And the various conditions of the materials will be fed back to the clients, so that they can visually see the material preparation of the products.
When all the materials are free of problems, agree to the factory to start producing large goods.
