Silk screen tape inspection is the process of quality inspection of screen printing and tape to ensure that they meet the design requirements and actual application standards. The inspection standards for screen printing mainly include appearance inspection and reliability testing, and the inspection of tape involves aspects such as viscosity and mechanical properties.

Silk screen printing inspection standards
1. Appearance inspection items: including misalignment, printing deviation, oil stains, bubbles, uneven thickness, rubber head printing, oil drop, leakage, scratches, color difference, drawing, etc.

2. Reliability test: including adhesion test (quickly pull up after using 3M adhesive tape to check whether there is any change on the screen printing surface), chemical solvent resistance test (wipe with 95% alcohol concentration), abrasion resistance test, etc.

Tape inspection method
1. Viscosity test: including initial viscosity (adhesion at the moment of contact), sustained viscosity (retention ability after long-term pasting), peel strength (force required for peeling).

2. Mechanical properties test: tensile strength, elongation at break (elongation ratio at break), thickness uniformity, width accuracy, etc.

3. Weather resistance test: temperature resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, aging performance, etc.
