Valve checker definition
Valve checker is a tool used to detect and test electronic tubes or valves. Its main functions include checking the electrical performance of electronic tubes, detecting the working status of valves, and ensuring their normal operation. The use scenarios of Valve Checker include testing the quality of electronic tubes during production and troubleshooting valves during maintenance and repair.

How to use valve checker
1. Appearance inspection: Check the surface quality of the valve, including whether there are cracks, wear, rust, etc. on the valve body, valve cover, valve stem, handwheel, etc., and whether there is leakage.

2. Sealing test: Test the sealing performance of the valve, including static sealing test and dynamic sealing test. Static sealing test is carried out when the valve is closed, mainly to detect whether there is leakage on the sealing surface of the valve; dynamic sealing test is carried out when the valve is open, mainly to detect whether there is leakage when the valve is open.

3. Flow characteristic test: Understand the flow regulation performance of the valve by measuring the flow of fluid through the valve.

4. Chemical composition inspection: chemical composition analysis of metal materials used in valve manufacturing to ensure that they meet design requirements.

5. Mechanical properties inspection: including tests on tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness, etc. of materials.

6. Metallographic structure inspection: check the metallographic structure of materials, such as grain size.

7. Dimension inspection: measure the dimensions of each component of the valve to ensure that its dimensions meet the design drawings.

8. Environmental adaptability test: verify the performance of the valve under different environmental conditions, such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity changes, etc.

Weproving Inspection provides professional mechanical product inspection, including excavators, crane heavy equipment, power tools, hand tools, valves and pipelines, etc.
