Astm f2413 18 is one of the reference documents of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) of the United States, and is also a reference standard of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) of the United States. It mainly covers the minimum requirements for the protective performance of work shoes and is applicable to a variety of different working environments.

The ASTM F2413-18 standard specifies the working performance requirements of protective (safety) toe cap footwear, which is designed to protect workers' feet from mechanical injuries such as chemicals, grease, etc. Compared with the previous version ASTM F2413-17, ASTM F2413-18 has a major change: work shoes and puncture pads require not only a test report from a third-party laboratory, but also a declaration of conformity (COC) issued by a third-party laboratory.

Testing and certification requirements:
According to the ASTM F2413-18 standard, work shoes or puncture pads need to be tested by a third-party laboratory and submit a test report containing the following information:

1. The name, contact information and authorized signature of the third-party laboratory.
2. Detailed description of work shoes or puncture-proof pads, logo (such as product series, model, SKU, etc.), size, men's or women's shoes.
3. Information such as test requirements and test results.

A Declaration of Conformity (COC) is also required, containing the following information:
1. Name, contact information and authorized signature of the third-party laboratory.
2. Name of the company applying for the Declaration of Conformity.
3. Logo, size, men's or women's shoes of work shoes or puncture-proof pads.
4. Information such as the effective date of the Declaration of Conformity and the test report number.

Astm f2413 18 ensures that work shoes can meet specific safety performance requirements, thereby protecting workers' foot safety at work.
