Different types of inspection in quality control1.
Incoming inspection: It is to inspect the purchased raw materials, purchased parts, etc., in order to prevent unqualified products from entering the warehouse and affecting the production order.
Incoming inspection includes the first batch of sample incoming inspection and batch
incoming inspection.
2.
Sampling inspection is to test the appearance, workmanship, function, etc. of samples when the first batch of goods is completed and before mass production.
The inspector compares the design plan and drawings with the samples to ensure that the product size is compliant.
3.
Final inspection: Also known as
pre-shipment inspection, it is a comprehensive inspection of the product before the product is put into storage after the production is completed. The purpose is to prevent unqualified products from flowing to customers.
Final inspection is generally carried out by statistical sampling inspection, and unqualified products need to be reworked or scrapped.
4.
On-site inspection: Inspection is carried out at the production site or product storage area, often used for process inspection or final inspection of large products.

5.
Loading inspection: also known as
container loading check.
Container Loading Check is to supervise the container loading process when the factory shipping the goods. It can effectively avoid loading incorrect goods, or incorrect quantity, short or over shipment.
6.
100% inspection:
Full inspection in quality control refers to a comprehensive and detailed inspection of each product produced to ensure that no defective products flow into the market. Its purpose is to find any possible defective products in the product and ensure that the overall quality of the product meets the requirements.
Full inspection usually includes full inspection from raw materials to final products, covering all links in the production process.
Full inspection (100% Inspection) is mainly suitable for industries with high requirements for safety and reliability, such as medical devices, aerospace, automobile manufacturing, etc.
